Grow With Us

At IPG, growth doesn't stop once you've got the degree, the license, or the years of experience behind you. Supervision and consultation are woven into how our team works, at every level, often well beyond what's formally required.

If You're in Training

Our formal Pre-doctoral Internship and Post-doctoral Psychology Assistant programs are led by experienced, licensed psychologists with specialized expertise in diversity issues, LGBTQ+ care, trauma, and educational and neuropsychological assessment, among other areas. You'll receive ongoing one-on-one supervision alongside expert consultation, working alongside our treatment team, which serves a wide range of cultures and communities, so the experience you leave with reflects the field you're actually entering.

If You're a Licensed Clinician

Joining our treatment team doesn't mean the mentorship ends. Our team draws experience from schools, hospitals, university counseling centers, and managed behavioral health settings, and that same collegial, consultation-driven culture that shapes our trainees is available to you too, whenever you want it. Some of our clinicians also step into supervisory and training roles themselves, mentoring the next group coming up behind them.

Wherever You're Starting From

Not everyone comes in through a formal program, and that's alright. Whether you're early in your career, well established, or somewhere in between, we're glad to talk about how your interests, specialties, and goals might align with what we're building here.
