Insurance We Accept: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Highmark Health Options, Medicare, United Health Care.
If we are contracted with your insurance company, we will be paid the contracted rate for services deemed medically necessary. Any co-pay, co-insurance or uncovered services will be your responsibility. If we are not credentialled with your insurance company you can check with your insurance company to see if you have out-of-network benefits; we can provide you with a superbill for reimbursement.
Private Pay Rates
The private pay cost of therapy and/or assessment varies based on the qualification of your clinician and the nature and scope of the evaluation. This will be discussed during your initial consultation.
Payment
Cash, check, health savings accounts, debit and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. We do ask that you keep a debit or credit card on file to cover your portion of the fee. We can help you apply for Care Credit if this might be helpful to you. If you have any questions or concerns, please speak to our office staff.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, If you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance that you need to cancel, you will be required to pay the missed appointment fee which is $150 per hour. This late cancellation, or no-show, fee is charged for every missed appointment except in the case of a serious emergency, illness, or the illness of a family member. In that case, please notify your clinician as soon as possible. Please note that the missed appointment fee is part of your contract with the practice and your commitment to your therapist. It is your individual responsibility. Insurance policies do not cover no show fees. Repeated no-shows without communication with your therapist can result in them not being able to reserve your appointment time. Ghosting your therapist will result in termination of your treatment.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services may be available on a limited basis in exceptional circumstances. Cash pay for therapy may be available at a reduced rate.
