I am Lawren Solge. I am Licensed and hold a Masters degree in Social Work from Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania and completed undergraduate studies in Human Services at the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware. I have experience in individual, group, and family therapy. I have a background working with individuals of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and substance abuse. I utilize various therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
I prefer to work from a strengths-based approach in assisting clients to work through their unique challenges. My goal is to provide a supportive, welcoming, safe space for individuals to gain insight and explore their emotions. I find that a collaborative therapeutic relationship helps clients identify positive coping skills and resources to live a healthy and happy life.
