As a bilingual-bicultural psychological associate, I provide individual psychotherapy and psychological assessment in English and Spanish to all ages. I'm here to listen, support, advocate, and sometimes stay silent with the person in front of me. I'm here to remind you, as Nido Qubein said, "Your present circumstances don't determine where you go; they merely determine where you start". One of the things that makes me passionate about psychology is the role of walking alongside people who need the space to grow, change, embrace, rebuild, and accept. You don't have to do it alone; you can be your unique self with me. Every patient is different, and every treatment as well. The most important thing I want you to take from therapy is that you'll rise again. Understanding that being able to be your true self is one of the most vital components of good mental health, I am glad to be part of that journey with you. There's no ideal or perfect client; there's a human struggling or going through tough times.
