Finding support shouldn't be complicated

If you're a University of Delaware student and you've been putting off getting support because of cost, scheduling, or just not knowing where to start, there's a resource worth knowing about. It's called TimelyCare, a free virtual mental health service available to every UD student, and it's built to work around the realities of student life rather than against them.

What TimelyCare Offers

Through the platform, students can access up to 8 free counseling sessions with a licensed clinician, from anywhere in the US. That matters more than it might sound: if you head home for winter break and your usual in-person therapist is out of state, TimelyCare gives you a way to keep that support going without interruption.

For anything more urgent, there's also a 24/7 "Talk Now" feature that connects you with a clinician within minutes. No insurance is required for any of it.

Studying Abroad? It Still Works

Most of TimelyCare's features remain accessible while studying abroad. All you need is a web-enabled device and your school email address to register, no matter where in the world you're logging in from.

How to Get Started

A Quiet Thank You

This resource came to us by way of a colleague who thought it was worth passing along, and it is. If you're a student reading this and wondering whether it's worth a try, that's really the whole point of sharing it: so that one more person knows help is available, free, flexible, and closer than it might seem.
