I am a post-doctoral Psychological Assistant at Integrative Psychology Group. I provide clients with compassionate, respectful, and personalized therapy to best reach their therapy goals. While many people carry a wound or secret pain that they may fear will never heal, I believe that a client's ability to heal and grow is always greater than even his or her most painful problems.
During my clinical training, I have helped many people from different walks of life, including adults and adolescents with depression, anxiety, grief, OCD, ADHD, post traumatic stress, traumatic brain injuries, autism-spectrum, and developmental disorders. As everyone is different, I do not use a cookie cutter approach, and help people find their strength, purpose, and passion for life using many evidence-based therapies. I have expertise in many evidence-based therapies that help clients discover their inner strength and power to change what matters most.
