Rates
Range from $150.00-$175 per individual therapy session to $200- $275 and above for psychological or neuro-psychological testing depending on the qualification of your clinician. If we are contracted with your insurance company we are paid the contracted rate if the services you receive qualify for coverage as medically necessary. Uncovered services are your responsibility. You can also check with your insurance company to see if you have out of network benefits, and we can provide you with a superbill to submit for reimbursement. Cost of assessments and testing vary according to type and will be discussed at the time of your initial consultation.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services may be available on a limited basis in exceptional circumstances. Cash pay for therapy may be available at a reduced rate.
Payment
Cash, check, health savings accounts and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session which is $150 per hour (48 hours in the case of assessment appointments). This late cancellation and no-show fee is charged except in the case of a dire emergency, illness, or the illness of a family member.
