Dr. White is a Licensed Psychologist at Integrated Psychology Group, LLC. Dr. White earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, and her Master’s in Business Administration, from Widener University in 2015. During her clinical training, Dr. White treated individuals in various settings, including hospital, outpatient, and college counseling settings. She worked with people with a variety of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, phobias, sexual trauma, life transition concerns, and relationship or family conflicts. After graduate school, Dr. White spent time in the field of Consulting Psychology, providing executive coaching, leadership development, and training to business owners, management teams, and individuals.
Dr. White’s focus is on individual, couple, and group psychotherapy services for young adults and adults. Her therapy approach is client-focused and incorporates evidence-based techniques from psychodynamic, emotion-focused, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral approaches, depending on the needs of the individual. Her aim is to collaborate with clients to build insight, develop functional coping skills, and change behavior patterns that will help that individual lead a more authentic, satisfying life.

Her aim is to work with you to set goals based on your unique experiences, needs, and strengths that will help you to achieve your greatest potential. In addition to providing therapeutic services, Dr. White enjoys working with adult professionals providing strengths-based coaching to help improve confidence, competence, and effectiveness in the personal and professional arenas.
